The CSS -moz-user-input Mozilla extension property determines whether an element will accept user input or not.

Value Description
none The element does not respond to user input, and it does not become :active.
enabled The element accepts user input. For text boxes, this is the default behavior.
disabled The element does not accept user input. However, this is not the same as setting the XUL disabled attribute to true, in that the element is drawn normally.
